Since 1996, First Assistance Limited has responded to all of ORIX's requests for emergency assistance. As an industry recognised provider of roadside assistance, First Assistance provides a number of key benefits to ORIX and our customers.

They include:

• Extensive digital mapping of the entire country which allows First Assistance to establish a customer's exact whereabouts
• Ability to find the closest service supplier to get customers back on the road, from a database of over 2,500 service providers
• Experience of handling emergency calls (in the vicinity of 30,000 inbound per month)
• And very importantly, our customer's experience is that all customer calls are answered immediately and roadside assistance is provided quickly
